Yahya Ghaznavi Enjoys sports and sports related writing and research work , he devoted the last fifteen years of his life to promotion of sports through print and electronic media interviewing important personalities in the field of sports , collecting researching and documenting historical photographs . His collection and writings have been very helpful in creating an archives for researching history of sub continent, Yahya Ghaznavi has contributed positively in the field of documentaries , especially on the sport legends of Sub Continent.

It gives me pleasure to present a self-financed enterprise I am undertaking, in line with United Nations core values of promoting peace and good will through sport related activities. This venture is archiving the sport heritage of Sub-Continent through collection of rare photographs, video footage and interviewing related personalities. I have chosen the period from 1860 to 1960. The advent of British Empire introduced an array of sport disciplines, a legacy now cherished in South Asia.
